Studies show that eating a proper breakfast is one of the most positive things you can do if you are trying to lose weight.

According to ACE fitness, breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fibre breakfast cereal, low-fat milk or yoghurt, wholewheat toast, and a boiled egg.

Experts have concluded the importance of breakfast, and health experts unanimously agree that breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day, and a good nutritious breakfast is the foundation of long, healthy and vibrant life.

Eating breakfast is the secret to healthy living. Those who eat nutritious breakfast daily generally have lower cholesterol levels, which are associated with reduced risk of heart disease and diabetes.
